good consistency, cap is all plastic, putty inside is one "glob", not cut into cubes as it may seem

I'm not sure how the putty itself is because I have not opened one yet, but these are really small. I didnt expect them to be that small

We ordered three boxes of these in December. Most of them were not smooth or stretchy. They just broke apart in chunks - even just pulling it out of the container. The color is pretty and sparkly, though.

Kids really loved it. Giving it away fir a bday party favor bags. The rest went to school for prizes.
